【中文摘要】目前,我國鐵路線路養(yǎng)護所用的電動搗固棒存在著結(jié)構(gòu)大、自身設(shè)備重、作業(yè)效率低、易漏電等缺點,已無法滿足鐵路行車密度高、列車速度快、運載重型化的發(fā)展需求。為了有效地利用列車運行間隔時間進行搗固作業(yè),而又能最大程度地確保作業(yè)中的安全性,急需開發(fā)出一種由單人獨立操作,不需要任何附屬動力設(shè)備的新型便攜式內(nèi)燃搗固機。基于此種社會需求,本研究研制出了一種新型高效、安全可靠、輕便易操作的便攜式內(nèi)燃搗固機(簡稱BDG—Ⅰ型),其主要貢獻為:1根據(jù)國內(nèi)對新型搗固機的需求,自主設(shè)計并研制出一種輕便、易攜帶、單人操作的BDG—Ⅰ型新型內(nèi)燃搗固機,經(jīng)有關(guān)性能測試,各項性能指標(biāo)均超出或達到了原機型的技術(shù)要求;2運用振動原理進行了搗固機的振動設(shè)計,并建立出BDG—Ⅰ型搗固機振動裝置相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,實驗檢驗結(jié)果證實了其數(shù)學(xué)模型的合理性;3基于可靠性理論,本文分別建立出搗固機錐齒輪傳動和振動裝置的可靠度模型,并對新型搗固機系統(tǒng)的可靠性進行了分析,為確保BDG—Ⅰ型搗固機的性能提供了理論支撐。本研究是上海鐵路局科委2002年5月科研立項項目——BDG—Ⅰ型便攜式內(nèi)燃搗固機研制的重要組成部分。該項目由上海分局和蘇州鐵路機械學(xué)校共同完成,并于2003年2月通過上海鐵路分局新產(chǎn)品鑒定(上鐵分局技驗字20號)。該新產(chǎn)品已被鄭州鐵路分局等幾個單位定購并直接應(yīng)用于我國鐵路線路養(yǎng)護,必將產(chǎn)生良好的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。
【英文摘要】There are some weaknesses in the electromotive tamping machine used in native railway, such as bigger and heavier, inefficient and leakage of electricity. It can’t fit well in with railway’s requirement of high running density, increased speed and heavy load. In order to vibrate effectively at the interval of running trains and ensure the safety of work, a new portable tamping machine that does not require attached power equipment and is operated by single man is needed. Based on this requirement, We have invented a new, efficient, safe and portable internal combustion blast tamping machine.The primary contributions of this paper are:1. Based on the native requirement of the tamping machine, We have designed and invented a new portable internal combustion blast tamping machine. It proved that many index of new machine is superior to that of the old.2. According to vibration theory, We had set up a mathematics model of vibrator. The result of experiment proves the correctness of mathematics model.3. Based on the theory of reliability, this paper have built the model of reliability of cone gear drive and shaker unit and analysed systemic reliability degree. This provided theoretical support for the BDG-I tamping machine.This paper is a important part of the project of the invention of the BDG-I tamping machine established by shanghai railway station’s scientific committee in May 2002 that was completed by Shanghai railway substation and Suzhou railway machinery school. In February 2003, Shanghai railway scientific committee appraised the new product. Now this product have been used by Zhengzhou railway substation etc and bring good economic and societal benefit.
